Seller
The Inferno subscription is offered by [TO COMPLETE: first and last name], self-employed individual (sole trader), company number (BCE/KBO) [TO COMPLETE: 0xxx.xxx.xxx], publisher of MotivMe. When you subscribe from the app, the purchase is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), which act as sellers and collect the payment.
Purpose
These terms of sale govern the subscription to the paid Inferno plan, which unlocks additional MotivMe features. They complement the terms of use.
Offer and pricing
The features included in the Inferno subscription and their prices are shown in the app before any purchase [TO COMPLETE: plans and prices, e.g. monthly and annual]. Prices are displayed inclusive of all taxes, in the currency of your store account. Apple and Google may adjust the displayed amounts depending on country and exchange rate.
Subscribing
Subscribing is done from the app, via your App Store or Google Play account, and requires a MotivMe account. Technical management of the subscription (purchase validation, subscription status, syncing across your devices) relies on RevenueCat. Access to Inferno features is enabled as soon as the store confirms the purchase.
Payment
Payment is charged by Apple or Google to the payment method linked to your store account, under their terms. We do not have access to your payment details. The invoice or purchase receipt is provided by the store.
Term and renewal
The Inferno subscription is taken out for the chosen period [TO COMPLETE: billing period, e.g. monthly or annual] and renews automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period. Renewal is handled by Apple or Google and charged at the prevailing rate.
Cancellation
You can cancel the subscription at any time from the subscription settings of your App Store account (Settings > your name > Subscriptions) or Google Play account (Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; you keep access to Inferno features until that date, with no further renewal.
Right of withdrawal
The Inferno subscription is digital content supplied immediately. By subscribing and accessing the features right away, you request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the subscription is active, in accordance with the rules applicable to digital content. Refund requests are then handled under Apple's and Google's policies (see below).
Refunds
As purchases are processed by the stores, refunds are handled under the policies of Apple (request a refund) and Google Play (Google Play refunds). For any difficulty, write to us at [email protected]: we will help within the limits of what the stores allow.
Service availability
We strive to keep Inferno features available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted continuity. In the event of a lasting and significant outage attributable to us, contact us so we can find a solution.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the subscription is limited to the amounts actually paid. Nothing herein limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, in particular towards consumers.
Personal data
The processing of data related to the subscription is described in our privacy policy.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to the mandatory rules protecting consumers. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the Belgian courts have jurisdiction.
As a consumer, you may use the free Consumer Mediation Service or the European online dispute resolution platform.
