Turn your goals into
routines that stick.

MotivMe lets you link long-term goals to the routines and tasks that serve them, while keeping other actions autonomous. No more mechanical tracking with no direction.

The MotivMe method, piece by piece

MotivMe doesn’t stack features: it links them into one simple loop that turns a vague intention into a measurable daily system.

Why you quit after a few days

It’s not a lack of discipline. Most tools forget the essential part: linking what you do to who you want to become.

Checking boxes with no purpose

Habit trackers make you tick habits off. But “10 min of exercise” with no idea why won’t last three weeks. Without a finish line, motivation drains.

One tool per need

A todo here, a tracker there, a calendar elsewhere. Nothing links today’s actions to what you actually want to achieve. You manage lists, not a direction.

The MotivMe difference

Each routine stays autonomous. You can link it to a goal when that connection gives it meaning, then track your progress.

How MotivMe makes it stick

  1. Set a goal that matters

Run 10K, sleep better, get back into sport, launch a project. A long-term finish line that gives everything else meaning.

  2. Tie it to routines

Recurring habits that move the goal forward, with streaks that build day after day. Consistency, not heroics.

  3. Break it into concrete tasks

The one-off actions that unlock the next step: buy the gear, draft the plan, book the first appointment. Clear, doable, with a due date when useful.

  4. See your consistency

Routines kept, streaks, tasks completed, goals advancing: visible progress that shows you, in black and white, that your system works.

  5. Ember reflects your effort

Your companion isn’t a decorative mascot: it reflects your real consistency. When you slip, it dims without punishing you, and one small action brings it back.

Turn on only what you need

Goals, routines and tasks are the core, always there. Quotes and Focus sessions are available at launch. The journal and guided plans will follow as optional modules.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from a regular habit tracker?

A habit tracker makes you tick boxes. MotivMe lets you link a routine to a goal when that connection is useful, shows your progress, and offers a simple restart when you slip. The point isn’t to track, it’s to move toward something that matters.

What happens when I slip for a few days?

Nothing dramatic. MotivMe never tells you “you failed”. Ember dims slightly, and the app suggests a small action to rebuild momentum. You pick back up, guilt-free.

Do I have to enable everything for it to work?

No. Goals, routines, tasks, Focus, quotes, and Ember make up the launch. The journal and guided plans will follow as optional modules.
